What we can help with

Corrections to anything factually wrong in an entry, suggestions for hotels that belong in one of the four categories, questions about how the index is compiled, and requests from hotels that would like their own description reviewed for accuracy.

What we cannot help with

We cannot make, change, confirm or cancel a reservation, and we hold no inventory, rates or availability of any kind. We have no relationship with any hotel's reservations desk, and we cannot pass a request on. For anything to do with an actual stay, contact the hotel directly — it is the only party that can act on it.

We also do not publish paid placements, and an entry cannot be bought, moved up or removed by request.
